That’s because it’s not a baby until birth. Medically speaking, a baby is an individual between birth and three years of age. Before birth, they aren’t a baby.
That doesn’t mean they think that drinking and smoking while pregnant is a good idea. Planned Parenthood is, first and foremost, a medical group, and any doctor (and any person remotely educated in biology) can easily tell you that drinking and smoking aren’t good for a healthy pregnancy.
Further, this piece of propaganda reduces pregnant people to nothing more than breasts and a pregnant belly. Again. Can you antis please stop reducing women to nothing more than their reproductive organs?

It’s also worth noting that the bottle is not open and the cigarette is not lit… soooo what’s the problem? Pregnant people can’t carry smokes and booze?
